The IRS Doesn’t Talk About This Often

You should be aware this does take some work and a little bit of luck.  It’s off to get junk silver from your bank.  Some people hit the jack pot while others at worst turn out breaking even.  A lots of people think of it as silver coin roll hunting, inside the video he calls it “urban mining”.

I have also found a terrific way to find silver inside a coin that comes in under it’s melt value.  It’s a forgotten coin, and you can find them cheap on ebay.  Just download my free silver report and I’ll show you how.

So why should you give this ago?  Dr. David Eifrig&rsquos Retirement Millionaire says,

“The U.S. government has created a little-known way to own silver – real, hold-in-your-hand silver – for just $2.08.

“This has nothing to do with stocks. And nothing to do with options or anything risky like that.

“Why should this government-created silver investment be of interest to you?

“Well, I believe silver is set to explode in the coming years… and this is one of the best and cheapest ways to own it.”

And the Stock Gumshoe gets down to the meet of junk silver for you personally,

these coins, which largely consist of Mercury and Roosevelt dimes, Standing Liberty and Washington Quarters, and Walking Liberty and Franklin half dollars from 1916-1964 (there are earlier coins, too, those from after the Civil War almost all have the same silver values, but you almost never see them), have a silver content that’s directly correlated to their face value — you may not have noticed, but these are all 90% silver coins and the weight of those coins is precisely correlated, too, so a half dollar weighs five times as much as a dime… and since the silver content is the same proportion, it’s also worth five times as much today as a silver investment.

Bottom line is be on the lookout of these coins whether your going to the bank or not.  If one does go to some banks, don’t be rude, don’t draw attention, and it’s probably best if you speak to advance to see if they have any half dollar rolls that you should exchange.

Have fun, and good hunting!

Things To Do and Not To Do When Reviewing A Blog

Creating evaluations are topics that bloggers include on their usual routine. A blog is a great place to share new experiences, like trying out a new restaurant, gadget or service. Because majority of the consumers are fully aware on how to check credibility and standing of any product or service,  they would rather see feedback first before purchasing anything, and this gives advantage to bloggers because they get viewers read their reviews. It’s beneficial to both sides.

However, several reviews are impartial. Some reviews seem to be more biased than others. There are incomplete details that can persuade viewers to believe as well. If you have plans to make reviews on your blogs, you should learn the do’s and don’ts of review blogging, so that you will be fully aware on how to fair on your reviews whether it’s a product, establishment or service review. The following Do’s and Don’ts are:

    • DO Include standard information. When reviewing a product, display the product or model number in big, bold letters. Other products have same version but differs by a single unique identification, so you won’t create confusion amongst your viewers. Specifics are important when writing a review. When you are doing a review about a particular establishment,  make sure that you give out the business address and contact details so that the viewers will be aware of its location. You may write about a Mickey D branch in your city, but your readers may not be aware that there are actually 4 branches in your area. That can be a source of mixed up, so ensure that all details are covered in your blog.
    •  DO Honest reviews. Sincere reviews are valued by many. If you want others to look up to your reviews, don’t manipulate facts just to make it look good. You’re not giving good assistance to your viewers in that way. There’s no need to sugar-coat a negative experience, but don’t short-change a positive experience either. Truthful  reviews will acquire superb rating from pleased viewers, who would absolutely keep track on future assessments.
    •  DON’T Plagiarize review of other blogs. The main purpose of writing reviews is to share your own experiences. If you haven’t tested the product  itself, then you have no right to put a judgment nor evaluation to it. When you just reproduce other’s review, you will only add to the community of spammers.
    • DO Include a date on your review. What you have created may not be applicable to the present times. Other goods have new brands, updated softwares and renovated establishments. That is why you have to date-stamp your review articles to make it discernible to readers when they’re looking for the latest reviews.
    • DO Fair comparisons. If you’ve tried the best of both worlds – two competing brands, for example – the best thing to do is write a pro-con list on your review. This should keep your readers glued to your blog. But when you do, avoid bad mouthing other less-preferred brands. There should be a concrete evidence for negative remarks if it really needs to be divulged.
    • DON’T Ask for freebies. it is true that established review bloggers regularly receive new products for free in exchange for an honest review. But that privilege is a product of hard work and investment (when they still had to buy the products to review). It is not fair for a newbie blogger to request for free product samples especially if he has only created a few reviews. This also applies to bloggers who give reviews to establishment. You don’t walk in to a shop and introduce yourself as a review blogger. It could leave the shop owner in a tight position – should he give you a freebie or not? Some might be forced to give something and expect a flawless feedback.

When money is a concern, it’s just practical to do a little research before buying. True-to-life testimonials from bloggers serve as helpful references.

10 Bad Blog Habits You Need To Break

All bloggers are not exempted to have unpleasant blog practice. As a matter of fact, it normally goes out as you get at ease with your work. So before things get worse, evaluate your blog practices and see if you need to rectify some of them, like the ones listed here – 10 bad blog habits you need to break:

        1. Delaying things – Bloggers are expected to be messengers of current events, so it’s important to live up to it. When you happen to discover topics that can be featured on your blog, don’t hesitate to do it! Avoid postponing things because you might lose your chance of featuring the topic ahead of others. You might end up losing your concentration and forget everything including your intention to blog about it.

        2. Not giving the best in you – Do not push too hard when you write a blog. It is not a school thesis and it doesn’t even have to be lengthy. Some blog posts survive with just a sentence and an image. Just write naturally and don’t worry about metaphors and punch lines.

        3. Responding late to comments - Several readers are keen to post questions and leave their remark on the comments segment. Give thanks to your readers by responding to them on time.  If their questions are left unanswered, they’d most likely move on and look for another blog that can give them more information.

        4. Does not check / proofread accomplished blog posts – Checking or proofreading is a must and needs to be performed before publication, even on articles. Otherwise, you are risking embarrassment (and possibly credibility) by publishing an error-filled blog entry.

        5. Not proactive - Not everybody is gifted at spontaneous writing. Even if you are great at it, it’s still a good idea to have some sort of outline for your blog entry. Do not rely so much on your spontaneous thoughts because this might produced an article that doesn’t have a focus.

        6. Using sticky keys – tHiS iS NoT fUn To rEaD. Even first-graders don’t use that, so just don’t.

        7. Too much negativity – It’s very inviting to create an article wherein you can voice out all of your problems and true feelings. However, ranting over and over again would never produce a positive result. It can even invite a negative vibes on your readers that they will also feel so down after reading your article.

        8. Spoiling yourself by doing unnecessary interruptions – You don’t have to check your email and Facebook updates every minute. And stop looking at your stats! Distracting websites can affect your blogging productivity. If you really must, limit the time you spend on them.

        9. Being self-centered – Everyone knows that it’s your personal blog, but reading things that only refers to you over and over again would lessen the interest of your readers. Add more life to your blog by introducing other people into your accounts. It doesn’t have to be all about you.

        10. Too much social media – Social media is a vital ingredient in blogging, but focusing more on it can be harmful. Several bloggers are fond of giving updates on their social media profiles that they  disregarded the need to update their blog.

You don’t have to wait for the New Year to start making changes. These routines can be insignificant to others but do not disregard because they can make or break your blog.

The Advantage Of Outsourcing The Payroll Service

          Subcontracting Payroll Services Benefits

Companies that depend on the services of their workers naturally must pay them for their work done. But for small to medium-sized businesses, it’s a bit rigorous to maintain a payroll system, especially if they don’t have enough staff for the particular job. A company’s payroll system needs absolute attention, and the company can either employ a team of accounting staff to facilitate it or rely on a payroll software program. But hiring a whole department staff is costly, while purchasing a software program, while less expensive, is not a infallible option. Many enterprises still opt to appoint these crucial tasks to other people, that’s why they outsource the payroll system instead.

Although a software program can help organise the payroll service system of a business, there are still going to have inconsistencies, which should be corrected and handled immediately by individuals with accounting skills. If the payroll service is outsourced, the system will be handled by qualified professionals. They will manage all payroll matters, including paying correct taxes on time and resolving discrepancies.

For small to medium enterprises that don’t have sufficient staff for a separate accounting unit, subcontracting is probably the best solution. Since the subcontracting company will deal with every related issue, it saves business owners time and money. The payroll system is delegated to several people competent in handling payroll and accounting, instead of delegating the payroll task to only one or two employees of the company. By doing this, there is a lesser chance of mistake and delay.

Outsourcing also helps a firm focus on its business rather than concern itself with financial matters that, even though just as critical, is entirely irrelevant to its line. For example, a Malaysia recruitment agency may have staff who manage recruitment of jobseekers in Malaysia to other parts of the world. They may be adept in what they do but they don’t have the knowledge to handle payroll and accountancy concerns.

Managing payroll isn’t just handing out payslips to workers. It also handles computing taxes, benefits and allowances, modifications, and even managing complaints and salary discrepancies. It also covers calculating the income tax and insurance and benefit contributions of the company, as well as maintaining bank accounts. Large businesses can normally afford to have a whole department of accounting personnel dealing with payroll services. But for other firms, it is cost-efficient and time-saving to outsource the payroll.
